What's Missing?

The Climate 21 memos are brilliant, but they're nonetheless only a start, and they inevitably have some major missing pieces. The top three, in my opinion, are the following.

1. Engagement of a younger generation
2. Linkages to state-based and city-based sustainability, decarbonization and net zero initiatives. 
3. A Communications-web development strategy.
